Comments: My husband and I so want to love a healthy-first, and beautiful, playfully happy Bichon. Our little Shammy stole out heart, as she suffered thru many years of allergies. We just cannot have our hearts broken again by a beautiful little angel dog that was constantly itching. With everything that I have read, including all of the messages below confirm that you breed only the most healthy of lily white Bichons in North Carolina. We live very close and can be there anytime as we are retired but very active here in Wilmington, NC. We want a family pet to love and nurture for many years to come. Please call us so we can have a new healthy bichon very soon. 910 399 4767

Comments: Our family is blessed to have two Lilywhite Bichons. Our beloved Gina just turned 13, and she continues to be healthy, full of life and the sweetest dog EVER! Chipper is Gina's grandson and I swear that dog is loved from coast to coast! He is so full of personality and tries so much to connect and communicate with people that he actually tries to talk! There is no joy greater than owning a Lilywhite Bichon, and I attribute that to their wonderful "mama" Jan!! We will forever be grateful to Jan for the gift of these amazing members of our family.

Comments: This is the best breeder you will find! I have had mine for 6 years and not one single health issue. His temperament is perfect. He never scratched, chewed or anything bad that puppies do. Every Bichon owner that sees mine in public is speechless because his superior Bichon appearance truly is breathtaking. I am constantly asked where I got him and I tell them that I wanted to get one from the best breeder in the world so I spent about a year looking and interviewing breeders before I decided on Lilywhite Bichons. I could go on and on talking about Butch for days but he wants to be brushed right now so I have to cut this short.

Their pups were beautiful and I knew that this was a match for my husband and me. We now have had Sophie for two weeks now and could not see life without her. She's absolutely perfect! What a personality too :) My whole family is in love with her and now my parents are even thinking about bringing a new "baby" into their lives as well. Both Jan and James were easy to work with and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you!!

Comments: My husband, Aubrey, presented me with TWO Lilywhite Bichon puppies for my birthday the day before Thanksgiving!!! They immediately stole my heart and both Aubrey and I ended up crying as we remembered our three precious dogs, Muffin, the Mom, Lacey and Rufus, her offspring. We had decided we could not take the heartache of losing them; however, when these two looked at us with those trusting black eyes, and licked our faces, we knew it was a Heaven-sent thing that we have them. Once again, we have been bitten by the Bichon Bug, and are happy for it! Thank you to Jan and James for the love with which you care for all your babies. We look forward to visiting the "Farm". Very impressive Website. And thank you for entrusting us with these wonderfully special pups. Becky and Aubrey Daniels

Comments: We bought Chanel almost a year ago. She really filled a hole in our heart from when we lost our first bichon at the age of 15 1/2 years. We did lots of research to find Jim and Jan, and couldn't be more impressed with their quality and integrity. We had all the bichon problems with our other dog, and were frankly a little worn out with the constant urinary tract infections, bladder stones, and skin allergies. Their dogs are so healthy, it's such a pleasure to just enjoy them and know they feel good! We have trained Chanel to do all sorts of tricks- she is so smart and really enjoys learning. Our other bichon was very pretty but unhealthy, and it is so impressive to have a truly beautiful bichon who is healthy, too! We have had such a great experience that we recently got another of their puppies about a month ago. He also is very healthy, energetic, and loves to learn. And they are absolutely beautiful!

Comments: We adopted our remarkable little girl, Zuzu, from Jan & Jim a couple of weeks ago. We had previously been "pet parents" of a Bichon so we do have experience with this breed. Zuzu immediately adapted to our family. She is happy and healthy and incredily smart. She has a sweet temperament & a kind of serenity about her. However, make no mistake, she is all puppy! Zuzu received a clean bill of health from our vet who was very impressed with her demeanor. Needless to say, she is a beautiful Bichon, and the staff at the vet's office went crazy over her. Zuzu is almost completely housetrained already. She began sleeping through the night after a few days. Lilywhite received much praise from other breeders we contacted. Jan and Jim do indeed have the right idea about this breed. They truly care about all of their dogs, and we appreciate the fact that they do not ship their puppies. We drove 7 hours each way to adopt ours! Each dog has initial vaccinations before being adopted, and new "parents" are sent home with a care package of food and a binder of necessary information. Yes, you do pay for quality, and you get what you pay for! It was a pleasure meeting Jan and Jim and all their wonderful dogs. We love our Zuzu and look forward to sharing life with her for many, many years!

Comments: We brought 10 week old Quincy home from Lilywhite Bichons on a Saturday afternoon. What a wonderful ball of fur he is. On his first night he slept till 5:00. He went outside and then went right back to sleep until 7:30. His 2nd and 3rd nights he slept right through the night. What a dream he is. Quincy had his first vet check on Monday afternoon. He was a big hit with everyone at the vet clinic. Quincy passed with "Flying Colors". In fact, our vet explained that it is very unusual that he doesn't find at least one issue with a new puppy to discuss with his clients. In addition, just as Jan told us it would be, his stool sample was negative which is almost unheard of in a new puppy. Dr Zehr was really impressed with him as we are. Hats off to Jan our great breeder. Quincy is a lovable little guy that always brings a file to our face. He is destine to be a great little therapy dog.

Izzy is the clown, rushing around the room, stopping only long enough to evoke a remark from us, then rushing forth on another mission. Bella is laid back, loving, very ladylike and prone to giving sweet looks at us that melt the heart immediately. At 4 months and six pounds she stared down 3 great danes - priceless! She is super alert and really funny. We are both so thrilled to have her - and so are our grand kids down the street. We have 2 PBGB's that are 7 and 8 years old, but she is definitely the alpha dog. We have a large mirror that is 5' x 6' and she discovered another puppy the first day we brought her home. She barked and barked at that puppy. After 2 days, she was looking behind the mirror trying to find the puppy. She is so smart! She is the delight of my life. I love coming home to her every day. Jan, thank you for befriending us at the Bichon Specialty show. We just loved Eddie. I would definitely get another puppy from you.

We thought she was very professional walking us through her contract and again, making sure that we would take the best care we can of our pup, Napa. If you want a Bichon, I only recommend getting it from Lilywhite. We searched for months for the right breeder and dog. Once we found Jan, we had no reservations about buying our new family member from her. Napa has been home a week now and after 3 days, she is going #1 outside 100% of the time. We instantly fell in love with Napa and she has already brought us so much joy and many laughs! Thank you! Kelly and Kevin

Comments: Hi Jan and Jim-we have fallen in love with Jean-Pierre, as has everyone who has met him. You picked the perfect puppy for us and we have also been AMAZED at him in so many ways. First, he never whimpered during a 12 hour car trip home. We stopped about 4 times and he just kept frolicking in the grass and then cocking his head to say, "am I doing it OK?" He really doesn't much like grass and I think he kind of wonders why it is such a big deal! He particularly doesn't like wet grass and who can blame him? He slept in my sister's lap for about 8 and a half hours of the trip but then when I dropped her off in Richmond, I had to put him in his carrying case and I thought he would be less than happy but he only whimpered for a few minutes and then was completely quiet. We got home at about 10:30 p.m. and put him to bed in his carrier in his bedroom and we figured we were in for a long night. To our surprise and pleasure he whimpered for about 5 minutes, went to sleep and was still asleep when we got him up at 4:00 a.m. to take him outside. He came straight back to his carrier and went to sleep until I got him up at 6:45! Today he slept from 11:00p.m. to 5:45 and never made a sound! He is abundantly cheerful and SO funny that we just laugh at him constantly. Thank you for taking such good care of him before his trip to Virginia that we have a happy, well adjusted precious addition to our family from the very first day!

Oliver is the child of Elliot & Missy. HE IS SUCH A JOY! His vet said he is the first puppy he's seen in MONTHS that did not test positive for worms after a fecal test. His groomer said he is just about the NICEST QUALITY bichon that she has EVER groomed! His coat is PERFECTION. His temperament is the SWEETEST! Oliver loves EVERYONE! Comments: Hi Jan and Jim, Thanks so much for allowing us to adopt Avett. He is such a playful, loving and beautiful bichon. He gets along great with his cat brother, Zeke, and his bichon brother, Rudy. He attends doggy daycare at our veterinarian and they tell us he is the life of the “party”, but he plays so hard they have to make him take breaks. He is so tired when we pick him up he actually sleeps until the next morning. Everywhere we go with Avett people stop to comment on how cute he is; of course, he eats this up and now thinks everyone should stop to discuss his “cuteness”. Avett is really helping to heal our hearts since losing our bichon, Zack, we will be forever grateful to both of you for this little blessing. Thanks again for the effort and love you put into raising these wonderful little pups.

We liked the Lilywhite Bichons website and really liked Jan and Jim Jamison. We could tell after our first meeting (really in just a few minutes) that these were good people and really loved their dogs. We adopted Roxie and have never looked back. She is the most wonderful little dog we have ever had and has become a great member of our family. Everyone who meets her loves her. Her temperament, curious nature, good behavior with other dogs, and down right cuteness is a testament to her good breeding. Comments: Jan and Jim Jamison have the most beautiful, healthiest, and affectionate bichons I have ever seen. We decided to take a chance and get a puppy sight unseen from Lilywhite because they certify the parents OFA and CERF and they were extremely cautious about who they placed their puppies with. So my husband drove up from Florida and picked up our precious Maxim. He was so impressed with the facilities and how they took care of their dogs. Maxim came with a huge notebook made especially for us, food, 2 new toys, and was freshly bathed. He was the best puppy ever in the car and made the trip fine. He went to bed in his crate and never made a sound. Of course this only lasted a week or so until he came into our bed. Our 5 yr old Bichon has accepted him fully (even in the bed) and they play until they are so exhausted they can't lift their heads up. Maxim is so gorgeous, very smart, and the sweetest thing ever. When he gets sleepy, he has to lay on my chest. My husband, who I never thought would care for him as much as our other, has fallen totally in love and I caught him giving Maxim a kiss on the head when he picked him up. He is confident but not aggressive, and affectionate but not needy. Of we ever get another Bichon, we don't have to look anywhere else. Just a fabulous experience. Thank you for everything, and of course, our Maxim. Mark ad Susan Lane Destin, FL

He is in perfect health (weighing over 9 pounds) and our vet says that he should be neutered around the first of 2010. Doc lost his first puppy tooth this AM - we were so proud! Doc is getting along great with our weimaraner, Bindi. She didn't really care for him at first, but they are playing together for extended periods. They're not to the point of sharing the dog bed yet, but I think they will eventually - Doc still prefers to sleep under the couch if we're both in the living room. His favorite things to do right now are walking, going for car rides (we're looking for a new house), and going to the tennis courts. He tries to get everything in his mouth, including the tasty dried toad crackers on the street. Brad

Comments: Dear Jan & Jim……What a thrill it was to meet you both finally, after all the e-mails and phone calls. I read every word on your site twice and looked at the pictures every day for weeks. During this entire process I felt like I was guided, probably by my precious Bichons, Tazzie & Tucker from above. From my Brother’s nickname for me, Lilywhite to our anniversaries being on the same date. There were many signs pointing the way. And when you offered me one of your beautiful puppies I could hardly contain myself, I was ready to leave at that moment for the 1,000 mile trip. I witnessed your love and dedication first hand to the breed. I was simply charmed by you both and all of your Bichon children. I especially enjoyed meeting Billy Flynn, what a character he was posing for our pictures. I thank you for allowing Jim & I into your home and for spending the entire afternoon with us watching the puppies and sharing all your knowledge. But most of all I thank you for our little Angel Tyler, he has brought life and joy back into our home and has wrapped us both around his little paws. Take Care……Nancy & Jim Lyons

Comments: We have had our newest addition, Frasier, for only about 2 weeks, but we are already so in love with him and can't imagine life without him! My husband and I waited to get a family dog until our children were old enough to help take care of one. The kids are now ages eight and six, and are over the moon in love with him. It took him no time to adjust to his new surroundings and he has made friends with everyone (and every pet) in the neighborhood. Housetraining is going very smoothly and he goes right into his crate at night and sleeps like a baby. (We do sing a lullaby sometimes...) He is incredibly social, well-adjusted and sweet. I am so excited to continue our lives with this little fella! His big black eyes and fluffy, soft curls just make me melt. We are going to NYC for a long weekend in a few days (a trip we've looked forward to for a while now), and now the kids don't want to leave Frasier! Thank you for making our family richer by breeding these wonderful dogs. Already we are making memories that will last a lifetime.

He has changed our lives in a MAJOR (sorry for the play on words) way. My wife Jane quickly informed me that he was "my" dog when he first arrived at our home. It was just last week that she suggested that we close up his crate and put him our bed...where he seem to fit in just fine. She loves him as much or more now. Who in their right mind wouldn't love a Bichon??? Most importantly, we appreciate more than you can ever know your facilitating our adoption of him. This morning we took the door off the crate, with her supervision. It's clear that you have put in a lot of effort socializing her. Bringing her into our home has really been effortless and better beyond our dreams. Lily is precious and so full of kisses and cuddles. We all agree that she has brought her own special joy into our home. Regards Helen and Steve Aiken, SC

Comments: Jan and Jim, I want to thank you for my precious little Bichon, Schatzi. My daughters and I searched for several months for the right puppy for me, but never felt like we had found the right one until we found your website. You absolutely have the best Bichon's. My little Schatzi has brought me so much happiness and love in just the two weeks I have had him. He let me know all the time how much he loves me by hugging and kissing on me or being at my feet at all times. What A Joy!!!!!!!!!!!

Comments: We have not had a pet in quite a few years. Wish we had foiund Lily White sooner. We got Sophie less than a week ago and she fell into her new lifestyle the very first night. She went right into her new night kennel and was asleep in minutes for 8 or 9 hours. She plays with us when ever we want and if we are reading the paper, etc. she goes off and does her own thing. Very playful, alert and a lot of fun. Like a person it takes her a few minutes to yawn, stretch and get awake and then it is time for her "morning chores" and breakfast. Thanks Jan and Jim for adding to our life.

We currently own one little bichon Karter and we are considering getting him a little brother to play with since he will soon be 1 year old. Karter is the love of our lives - he makes us smile no matter how bad the work day has been. The precious kisses and hugs he gives us are priceless. Bichons are the most precious breed - snuggle bunnies and smart. Your website is wonderful. You have done a great job and if we decide to get another bichon, I would love to purchase one from you. Thank you for your dedication and love for the bichon. Debbie Cantor

She's the perfect older dog we've been looking for, sweet as pie, intelligent, well-behaved, and a snuggle-bunny to boot! She and our other Bichon Jeanie get along so well, we could not have wished for anything more. We are so happy Weezie is in our family! Your integrity and commitment to the breed is evident in every way, and your professionalism is refreshing. Thank you, Jim and Jan, from the bottom of our hearts.

Comments: Dear Jan and Jim, I have a baby angel in Morgan. She is such a sweet, precious little thing and words can't convey how much I love her. She is funny to watch when she hops around and wrestles with Wallace. She's spoiled, no doubt, but that's what makes her so special. She wants to be held and carried around, which I love. She gives the best snuggles and kisses and is so precious when she tilts her little head for a bite of something or a treat. She loves it when Wallace grooms her face each night and then she shares her kisses all over my face, guarding me so Wallace can't get to me. She loves to hop and run through the house, going as fast as she can. I truly believe things happen for a reason and I am so thankful for Jan, Jim and Betty and Bob for bringing little Morgan into my life, Just holding and watching her is a joy to behold and she's my little angel. Lilywhite Bichons are special because of the love, attention and training that Jan and Jim give in their beautiful home, designed for the little bichons they so tenderly love and care for. Anyone who gets a Lilywhite Bichon will be blessed. Again, Jan, Jim, Betty and Bob thank you for bringing so much love into my life. Morgan is a precious, adorable baby girl who is my little angel. She's special because she's Morgan.

She is picking up commands and knows her name only after a week. We are working hard at being good parents. She is the best Christmas gift any empty nester couple could have. Comments: Dear Jan and Jim, Our Gracie is now 2 1/2 years old. She is a precious girl - funny, sweet, and loving. She is a beautiful dog with a jaunty and happy walk who gets compliments everywhere she goes. I love her personality and all of her little quirks. She loves people and dogs and greets both with rather loud and enthusiastic greetings. Although we don't have small children in our family now, I have been very pleased at her behavior when she does come in contact with small children. She becomes very calm and submissive - she seems to understand that different behavior is required around little people. She likes to sleep late, scratches on her bowl when she wants food, and runs to the door and yodels when I say, "let's go for a ride in the car." But when I say, "let's go for a walk," the little couch potatoe runs and hides. She is very nosey and wants to be in on anything I am doing in the house. Starting about 5 pm every afternoon, she begins to watch for Ronnie to come home so she can greet him properly when he comes through the door. Gracie is healthy and well-adjusted. She is our buddy and we adore her! Thank you for the care and thoughtfulness you have put into breeding beautiful and personable bichons! Sincerely, Debbie Lee Aiken, SC

Comments: LILYWHITE BICHONS are the best of the best. Someone else signed the guest book saying you get what you pay for. I'm here to tell you NOT NECESSARILY! Our Lilywhite Puppy, Pekoe is a 18 mos. old and just the most fabulous boy. Mellow, happy temperament, well behaved, and completely healthy! By the way, so easy to train, smart as a whip! We decided to add a little girl for him to have a playmate and a friend suggested we get her from another really well regarded bichon breeder who actually charged more. The female puppy we got is not as healthy (severe luxating patella) and the coat and appearance don't compare to Pekoe from Lilywhite. All bichon breeders are not created equal. Some, like Lilywhite are clearly superior to many others out there. Spare yourselves any grief and stick with Lilywhite. THEY'RE THE BEST!! Just ask my vet.

Comments: Oh where do I begin? Pekoe is just the best bichon ever!! He has the most fabulous temperament! He is completely healthy and has been since we got him. He's smart as a whip! I call him my little doll boy because he is such a good boy and so wants to please. We have never seen a better bichon coat and he's our third. We got another bichon puppy recently from another well regarded breeder, and this puppy doesn't compare in health, or coat/appearance. She is so tall that she is outside the breed standard already at age 6 mos.. The next bichon(s) will definitely come from Jan & Jim's brood. NO BETTER PUPPIES ANYWHERE THAN LILYWHITE!

Comments: Hi Jan & Jim, We want to thank you so much for our new little soul mate, Bryce. He's just a doll baby. He's such a good baby boy! He's precious and has such a good little heart. We'll never forget you two for this fabulous bundle of furry joy! We just love him so much. We can't thank you two enough for letting us adopt him and share his life! We can't even imagine life without him now! And I'll never forget what you told him when we were leaving with him. Jan, you whispered to him to have a great life with us. It's actually us who are having the great life! We'll do all we can to make his life wonderful so you're always happy we adopted him! He's already added so much to our lives! He's so cuddly, sweet and gorgeous. I just kiss and kiss his little face! He's just as affectionate with James. It's obvious that you two took a lot of time with him and introduced him to so much. What a difference! We've never been this fortunate! He doesn't mind being brushed. He doesn't mind his collar. He could care less about the vacuum cleaner! He even loves his crate! Thank you for being so good to us when we came to meet with you and to pick up our baby. You did just what the others here in the guest book say. You were so patient in talking with us, you were friendly, hospitable and it was obvious you two love your babies. You're so knowledgeable about bichons - and the book you gave us is so helpful. You both showed us how much you care about your babies. And you still answer our questions without hesitation. Our vet told us he is very healthy. He's so smart. We can't say enough positive things about him. When our beloved bichon, Holly (age 16+) and her best friend, Sable, a pom (age 15.5) died last fall, we were heartbroken. This June, 2008 I started looking on-line for bichons without even realizing how serious I was about wanting one. I found sites, but many advertised they’d ship the Bichon anywhere and some didn’t seem very interested in who wanted their puppies. I became interested in an NC website, but they weren’t responsive to e-mail questions, such as - can I see your facility? Then I visited the Lilywhite Bichon website and it’s beautiful and very informative. The rest is unbelievably wonderful history. I did a lot of research and e-mailed others in your guest book. Most people I e-mailed replied. The ones who replied all said the puppies they adopted from you are gorgeous, sweet, very healthy and the love of their life. I even made a friend, who actually helped with our decision, talking about her experiences adopting a baby from you. I asked my new friend if your puppies are really that beautiful in person. She said they're even more beautiful. It's true. We'll never be able to express in words how much it means to us that you entrusted one of your beloved bichons to us. Brycie means so much to us and we couldn't love him any more. As far as we're concerned, there's nowhere else to adopt a bichon puppy. Diane, James, Bryce and the puppy gang

Comments: Dear Jan and Jim -- We are SO in love with our little Bichon, Jamie. When I brought her to meet the vet, the vet was amazed. He owned a Bichon (that his wife bought from a puppy mill) and he said that his dog barely resembled Jamie! He said Jamie was the epitome of perfection in the breed. He said, too, that he was amazed at the sweet, patient temperament of Jamie, given that she was still a young puppy. We are so in love with her and are SO grateful to have her. If anyone is considering getting a Bichon, get yours here. My last Bichon came from a puppy mill (we didn't know) and came to us at 6 weeks with juvenile cataracts, juvenile arthritis, hip dysplasia and bladder problems resulting in 4 surgeries. The Jamisons love their Bichons and deliver quality, beautiful best of the breed puppies. You will be thrilled -- we are! Susan Walsh

Comments: Hi Jan: Thank you so much for a beautiful SECOND Bichon. Sophia and Tia are the most beautiful bichons I have seen in our area. Tia is a very smart little girl. She is adjusting quite well. Of course, it will take some time for Sophia to accept her new little sister. Sophia constantly reminds Tia that she is Alpha puppy. It is so cute watching them together until Sophia decides it's time to put Tia in her place. We just separate them and let them calm down before starting playtime again. Jan, you were most helpful in preparing the puppy for her plane trip home. Thank you for being so accommodating and meeting my son at the airport. With plane delays and malfunctions, I know you had to wait a few hours for him to arrive. We greatly appreciated your patience. We'll continue to send pictures of our two babies. Our family is complete for a few years. You never know, I just may need another baby down the road! I recommend you to anyone who is interested in adopting a beautiful Bichon. I wish you all the luck with your babies. Let us know as you continue to win competitions. All the best, Yvonne

Comments: Dear Jan, My husband and I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to adopt one of your beautiful Lilywhite Bichon babies. Our little Keiko arrived safely in Southern California on June 11 accompanied by my sisters and aunt on the plane from Tennessee. I was told that she traveled the distance without so much as a wimper. Keiko is an exquisite Bichon puppy; so playful; so full of LIFE! She has captured our hearts completely with her beauty, dark, expressive eyes, and wonderful disposition. She is very intelligent. In no time at all, she has figured out that she can get back into the house by pushing on the back door using her tiny front paws and body weight to make it swing open. Of course, I am with her when she goes out into the backyard, but I am impressed that she has learned how to open the door so quickly in her short time with us. She is an amazing little puppy; a true reflection of the high caliber of breeding that you and Jim have put into the Lilywhite Bichons. I really appreciate the time you took with my sister in explaining the care and handling of the puppy during the travel from North Carolina to California. I also want to thank you for the comprehensive book you sent to me on the the care, training, and medical records of the pup, along with the general information on the Bichon breed. Your actions further proved to me that you are truly a very caring, concientious breeder who carefully screens a potential owner before placing your pups into their home. We look forward to the taking the journey of life with Keiko and in having this delightful little white "powder puff" share our home and world. Again, thank you for allowing us this opportunity to adopt a Lilywhite Bichon. I wish you continued success in the shows, calendars and promotion of the Bichon Breed through your Lilywhite Bihons website. Job well Done! Warm personal regards, Sharon Nagaoka

I am a firm believer that the puppy and owners have to "fit". I was talking with a man earlier this morning who was pressuring me to buy a "teacup" Bichon from him. Telling me I had to choose her from a photo and I had better do it "right now over the phone" or she would be gone in a few minutes. When I asked about certification and their bloodline, I was told they were very busy and didn't have time for things like that, and that they only deal with people who are knowledgable about their site and who are serious about buying a puppy. Well, needless to say after that awful experience, it is such a breath of fresh air to find you! I hope we'll get to meet soon and adopt our new little addition to our family. Thanks! Lisa Martin

Nick & Tas love their new, little brother - as do we. Our veterinarian says he is an abolutely perfect puppy and that you did a fabulous job of socializing him. He slept all the way through the first night away from you & all your other babies without a peep. He eats well and has had very few accidents in the house. Everyone loves "Bigbee". I have looked at sites for several breeders, but your site certainly stands out above the rest. I want a quality puppy, but I am afraid of paying a lot of money and not getting that due to breeders' false advertising. I have noticed lots of inconsistencies in the puppies and adult dogs among breeders. All of your dogs and puppies look fantastic. Thus, I am certain that I would be pleased with a Lilywhite bichon puppy. I have submitted an application and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Ellie was a very promising show dog, finishing second to JR at the Denver show the year JR won BOS at Westminister. Unfortunately, Ellie had to be spayed before she reached her championship and was bred. Evenso, we continue to have her groomed with a 'show clip' and we hope that you can give us the name of a good Bichon groomer in Asheville. Your website certainly expresses the love and dedication you have to this wonderful breed. Your bichons are adorable. We can hardly contain our excitement that the possibility exists of owning a LilyWhite Bichon!! Even our adult sons are looking forward to the anticipated new arrival of a puppy, and are helping in selecting a name. We lost our former bichon, Bee, in May 2005. Kind, loving, and friendly, “its all about me” attitude. Thanks for sharing the pictures of your darling bichons. We can’t wait to meet you and your family and hope to be a proud owner of a LilyWhite Bichon. Best of Luck to you!! Audrey & Dave Overholt Brunswick, Ohio

Comments: This is an excellent page. I lost my almost 13 year old male Bichon Toto in august. We will be corresponding via your puppy application. As our family vet will attest we are very health concerned owners. This is especially true as we have seen the effects locally of inbreeding on puppy mill produced bichons. We try to spread the word to be very concerned about buying just any bichon no matter how convincing the advertising may be. Thanks for sharing the pictures of your beautiful bichons! Comments: I love your website. I've been researching all kinds of breeds. A friend of mine recently extended her family with a wonderful bichon and I just love it. Kelsey, my nine year old, has wanted a pet for so long. She brings home every book about dogs she can carry from the library. Please provide more information about your adoption process. Thank you.

Comments: I had the pleasure of meeting Weezie & Spanky and was impressed beyond words! Again, I thank you for letting me spend that day at the show with you and your babies!!! Temperaments were amazinggggggg as they both were sitting in my lap licking me by the time I said my goodbye's! Appearance was remarkable as they were undoubtedly the best in the ring at that show. Additionally, they displayed exceptional movement in and out of the ring and appeared very sound. I would add a new family member from any of you litters ANYTIME!!!!!

Comments: The web site looks great. I love the pictures of the puppies, and can personally say how wonderful your dogs are! Vader is the best dog ever. She has the most wonderful temperment and has brought so much joy to our family. She's great with kids, too. And she is a tough little dog, we walk every day, she loves it. We can't imagine life without her. We even hope to give her a play mate of her own kind sometime soon! I can't go anywhere without people stopping me to find out about her. Thanks for taking so much pride in what you do. Love, Eva

If we can get a healthy pup or dog, bichons seem to be the right fit for us. Hope to see you next week. Anne and Ed Shealy 206 Blue Ridge Vista Asheville 28805 296-0331

Comments: Hi Jan, My parents, Bob and Linda Spangler used to live across the street from you in Arden but that was BEFORE I got my first Bichon. I'm now anxiously waiting to get my third Bichon, a little girl from SPR on Friday after the sudden death of my 12 yr old in Feb. Your dogs are so beautiful, really amazing and your website is just as wonderful. It's funny that I never noticed your Bichons all those years ago and now am "addicted" to the breed. Congratulations on your win at the Specialty! Best wishes, Susan Howard Littleton, CO

Comments: After an extensive search for a Bichon, I'm so glad I came across you. Your dogs are wonderful and extremely characteristic of the breed WITH wonderful personalities to match. They seem intelligent and very friendly, and I would love to add a pup from your litters to my dog family! Furthermore, the fact that produce hearty little dogs (rather than the delicate I've seen) will set well with my 2 big dogs! Thanks for all your help! Ashley
